Oredo LGA Chairman projects Edo State as an Economic and Industrial Powerhouse in 2 years

 "3-year anniversary of Governor Obaseki's administration, Obaseki is laying the foundation for our times and posterity"

The Chairman of Oredo Local Government, Hon Evbareke Jenkins Osunde says that the well-reasoned  and scientific policies of Governor Godwin Obaseki will engender the transformation of Edo State into the  economic and industrial powerhouse of Nigeria’s South within the next two years.

According to Hon. Osunde, ‘’ it is powerfully evident from such endeavors as the creative industrial park , the tireless effort in building the shipping port, the enhancement of facilities at the Benin Airport , the establishment of the state-of-the art training center for ICT  and the global standardization of the Benin Technical College and other such similar institutions that Edo State is ready for a Leap Forward. 
Chairman Osunde, who was addressing the media in Benin today, said that Governor Obaseki has in the past three years laid the foundation and framework on which the irreversible socio-economic renaissance of the state will depend. ‘’ From Education revolution to infrastructure rejuvenation’’, Hon Osunde said that the Governor has infallibly justified his overwhelming electoral mandate of 2016.  Governor Obaseki , the Oredo LGA Chairman continued, has Inspired a new civics and culture of service and patriotic orientation in the people of Edo State .
‘’ I would insist ‘’ Hon. Osunde submitted ‘’ that Governor Obaseki perfectly fits the tasks of people-oriented  policies and the economics of the new industrial revolution which Edo State must confront in the spring years of the 21st Century’’.
According to Chairman Osunde, ‘’ the local government tier has benefitted immensely from the inspiration and guidance of the governor who treats grassroots administration as a critically vital tripod for holistic societal development.’’ 
Hon.Osunde concluded that the second term bid of Governor Obaseki was guaranteed as the indisputable wish of the citizen  who are the ultimate sovereign in a Democracy in addition to the fact ‘’that the proposition of the people will unchangeably be in  alignment with the disposition of Providence in the prevailing situation.’’

There is no iota of doubt, irrespective of political differences, that Governor Godwin Obaseki has significantly improved State Competence, relative to his predecessors and across the States in the Country.  To achieve this, he had to rescue the State from private capture by ruthless non-State actors; this freed up public resources for public purposes.  He has held himself to a very high ethical and work-ethics standards, scrupulously focusing on the interests of the real people whilst staying on the Constitutional tracks in line with his oath of office.
