SI4DEV call for migration education in Nigeria secondary schools

--- takes anti-irregular migration campaign to schools Benin City: A nongovernmental organization known as Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative (SI4DEV), has called on the Federal government of Nigeria to include migration education as a subject in schools curriculum. This call was made by Edo Coordinator of SI4DEV- Dr. Isaac Eranga during a one-day sensitization workshop on anti-irregular migration at Gleen Miller Schools, 16 Oviasogie Street, off, Uwasota Road, opposite Ojo junction, Ugbowo, Benin City. Dr Eranga said the prevalent rate of irregular migration amongst Edo teenagers and youths is alarming. He said many promising boys and girls have lost their lives due to irregular migration.
