NANS Commends Obaseki over Agricultural Development

Benin: The newly elected Director of Sports (DOS) National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) Zone B, Comrade Imafidon Stephen Imadeyogie has lauded the Edo State Governor- Mr. Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki for keeping to his electioneering promise of boosting the State's agricultural sector.
Comrade Stephen Imadeyogie made this commendation while appreciating Nigeria students for finding him worthy to serve as Director of Sports in the just concluded NANS Convention, held recently in Nsuka.
"I wish to thank all students, Senators, and Leaders from various institutions who found me worthy to represent them.
"I also appreciate the Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki who have the interest of Edo students at heart by digitalising the State's educational sector and also for keeping his earlier promise to boost the agricultural sector, by providing technical manpower training to sustain the agricultural reforms in the State.
"The recent ground breaking ceremony of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, School of Agricultural Technology and Engineering, Iguoriakhi, by Governor Obaseki further buttress his resolve in promoting economic growth which is projected to come from the States natural resources.
"I will not fail to appeal passionately to Mr. Obaseki to also extend such gestures and development to College of Education, Ekiadolor, which has been out of session for sometime now. I believe the listening Governor will come to the aid of the institution," he said.
