Traffic Shelter Donations By PDP: A "Greek Gift"

After waiting for several years to  go through the Trojan walls, the Greeks resorted to the presentation of a *"horse"* as a symbol of truce to end the famous Greek war. But it was not a gift. The Trojans lost the war because they accepted the gift.

The donation by PDP of Traffic Shelter to Edo State Traffic Management Agency, EDTSMA, is a willful and deliberate coin by the opposition to bring the credibility of Governor Godwin Obaseki to disrepute. This must quickly be resisted with all form of vehemence.

Having failed in several attempts to ridicule the already established name and performance of Mr Godwin, Dan Orbih has demonstrated his desperation and inordinate ambition to tame the hood image of the government by this callous act. This is more so because of the envious achievement at the investment summit, Alaghodaro which recorded massive success.

We the members of *Edo Transformation Group, ETG* have avowed to resist every form of defamation and characters assassination on the well respected personality of Mr Governor and the growing image of the State.

The Government *must* therefore mobilize resources both human, financial and material to *immediately* dismantle and evacuate the dirts donated by PDP.

The Chairman of *Edo State Environmenal &Waste Management Board, ESWMB*, *The Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Environment & Public Utilities*, and other stakeholders *must* expedite actions to quickly get them evacuated.
