This is to inform the general public that the Benin Customary Alternative Dispute Resolution (BCADR) Committee which was inaugurated on Thursday, 12thOctober, 2017 by His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, Oba of will commence sitting on Wednesday, 15thNovember, 2017, at the Benin Customary Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee building, Oba Palace, Benin City.

All those that have collected forms are advised to return their forms to enable the Committee handle their complaints. This is to remind the general public that as stated by His Royal Majesty, the Oba of Benin, all those who are not satisfied with the outcome of their cases have a window of opportunity to appeal to the Omo N’Oba in respect of their complaints.

Matters pertaining to Enogie versus Enogie and Edionwere in respect of Oguedion are to be handled by His Royal Majesty, the Oba of Benin.
