Edo Football Referees Write National Promotional Examinations Today

 

Members of Edo State Football Referees Council today joined their counterparts across Nigeria to write the 2022 Nigeria Football Referees Association (NRA) promotional examinations. The candidates include those writing from RIT (Referees in training) to grade 3; grade 3 to grade 2; and grade 2 to grade 1.

Speaking, the Chairman of Edo Football Referees Council - Comrade Johnbull Nosa Okundolor lauded the  candidates for displaying high level of maturity before, during, and after the exams, and expressed hope that Edo state will score 100 percent in the exams.

"I'm very hopeful that we will score 100% in this year's NRA promotional examinations. The States Referees Council training department organized a 3-day seminar for our members writing the exams. The purpose of the seminar was to prepare them for the exams", said Okundolor.

Speaking earlier, the State Training Officer - FIFA Celestine Efosa Igudia commended the seminar instructors for making themselves available during the three days program. He also lauded the Council Executives for the role they played in ensuring the success of the seminar.

Also speaking, the Secretary General of Edo Football Referees Council - Comrade Temigbe Roland expressed satisfaction over the conduct of the exam and expressed confidence that the outcome will be fruitful.
