Bishop Institute commence in Benin

The Institute for Global Opportunities (IGO), Chiang Mai Thailand, has approved the establishment of a Bishop Institute in Benin. The institute which is to be run by IGO's Africa study center- Africa Theologian Bible Institute for Global Opportunities (ATBIFGO), shall be known as Africa Bishop Institute (ABI).

The Bishop institute which is located at 16, Oviasogie Street, opposite Ojo Street, off Uwasota Road, Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, is currently admitting students for the maiden academic programme.

According to the approval certificate signed by the Administrator of IGO, Vola Yoder, "after considering the past performances of the Africa Theologian Bible Institute for Global Opportunities in training Pastors into the ministry of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, found it worthy to approve Africa Institute for Global Opportunities as Africa Bishop Institute".

The institute is to admit, train and equip Africa continent candidates in the the Africa study center, "Church Founders only who have obtained Bible school certificate or degree in Theology who is a Reverend".

Admission requirement include: 15 years of serving as pastor of own church, must have established 2 church branches, must have had at least 2 pastors who have graduated from his church to be a founder of a church of their own, the church must be incorporated and finally, must be operating on church permanent location.

The Rector of the Africa study center- Bishop Sunday Aigbofoh said Africa Theologian Bible Institute for Global Opportunities is to admit, train and equip candidates from Africa continent for the expansion of God's kingdom. He called on those qualified to make use of this opportunity which he described as rare. The Rector said admission into the diploma, Bachelor degree, Master degree and PhD programs.
