Group harps on active citizen participation in politics

A Non governmental organisation (NGO), Concerned Edo Citizens has stormed markets in Benin metropolis to encourage citizens to participate more actively in politics.

The group, which visited different parts of Oka Market in Benin City, called on residents to remain vigilant and exercise their civic duty by voting for credible candidates in the forthcoming local government elections.
