The chairman, made this call while speaking with newsmen in Benin City.

He said the generousity of the government was a demonstration of love and care and to prove to them that there is hope and future for the youth in his government.

He said the gesture was not by any means encouraging youths who have not migrated to embark on such dangerous journey out of the country but to cushion the effect of their suffering and foster the reintegration process.

The chairman said now that they are back safely to the country, they should see how they could put to use the skills the have acquired during the periods of their  training in order to contribute to the economic of the state.

He said they should not be downcast by their horrible experiences in Libya but should put themselves together and move on with their life.

He appealed to the state government to also create jobs for those in the state who have not left the shore of the country for others and who may be tempted to leave due to what they have seen the returnees currently benefiting from the state government.
